In the hustle and bustle of life we tend to neglect a very important person, ourselves.  We often don’t give our bodies the sleep, nutrients, or other important things that it needs.  I noticed this big time when I was just wiped out, and had zero energy.  So I decided to make a change and treat my body better.
Our bodies do so much for us we need to thank them by giving back a little bit.  So to do that I decided to make a few changes in my daily routine.  My first change is drinking more water.
We often neglect how much water we really should be taking in.  I started carrying my bottle with me everywhere and making it my daily mission to drink more.  I aim for one gallon a day.  I feel so much better.  No more bloating, or sluggish afternoons.  My body is loving it.
The next change I decided to make was to start doing yoga during the day.  Sometimes I do it in the morning, sometimes in the evening but I try to get it in everyday.  I found that I feel more limber, less sore, and my mind is clearer.

My final change I am still working on, I am trying to remove processed foods out of our diets.  I follow the 80/20 rule.  Eighty percent of the time good food goes in, twenty percent of the time I can cheat a little.  This had been huge for us.
